Terex 800 Ton Demag

Our NEW flagship crane is a massive 800 Ton Demag by Terex. This mammoth crane weighs in just under 239,000 pounds and has 352,000 pounds of counter weights. The 800 ton is powered by a Daimler Chrysler water cooled diesel engine and puts out 279 hp and 811 ft/lbs of torque. The lifting strength of this beast is powered via five hydraulic circuits, three main pumps for independent control movements, one pump for auxiliary circuits, one control pump for the servo control. The main boom is four telescopic sections fabricated from fine grain structural steel, telescoping with partial load. Buckling-resistant Demag valid design with diagonally arranged self-centering slider shoes. It is also one of the safest cranes built today with an electronic safe load indicator with large graphic display and sealed touch type keyboard. It also has digital read-out for hook load, nominal load, boom length, angle, and radius. It takes 20+ Tractor trailes to transport the necessary equipment and counterweights to the job site for this crane to be able to work.
